If you are interested in donating to our organization, please don’t hesitate to contact us and arrange to drop it off. We also accept items shipped to us using any means of shipping. If the computer is in Manhattan, and you would like to drop it off, we will gladly pay for your taxi fare
[please obtain receipt]. If you are willing to pack the computer, we will gladly have UPS pick up your donation. For corporate donations [10 or more units] we can send a pick up van at your convience.
Computers for Kids, Ltd. will mail you an itemized raised seal letter as proof of your donation. You will receive this letter within ten business days. If you bring the computer yourself, an itemize reciept will be given to you. However, the raised seal letter will still be mailed to you. Your tax professional will request this letter prior to filing your return. |
